Primary Contact
The primary contact is a representative from the school or school district that oversees the HIBster, HIBsterVention, aSAP and/or Onspire account for that particular institution.
Why is a primary contact required?
If EDS needs to discuss particulars of the account with the client, the primary contact will be the first person contacted.
Reasons for contacting the primary contact could include questions with the subscription; renewal status; quotes, purchase orders and other billing paperwork, scheduling supplementary trainings; or to check in throughout the course of the year to make sure everything is working as it should be.
How many primary contacts should there be?
There should be at least one primary contact for each module.
So, for example, if a school district has a HIBster subscription and a HIBsterVention subscription, there should be a HIBster primary contact as well as a HIBsterVention primary contact.
There can be multiple primary contacts for each module.
The same person can be serve as the primary contact for multiple modules.
