Plans are broken down into a tree consisting of a Category => Group => Issue => Best Practice.

To add a new plan, expand your way down the tree by selecting each branch. Once you reach the best practice, it will populate the menu on the right of the screen.

To remove the best practice from your list, Select the red X at the right of the screen.






To add additional options, Select the 
which will bring up a popup for you to edit options for that individual best practice.




YOU WILL NOT NEED TO SELECT SAVE FOR ALL THE INFORMATION TO SAVE.

Click Create plan and everything will save.
