The Log tab automatically records every change made to an Incident after the first time it's saved. The audit trail shown on the right side of the tab is automatically generated by the system every time a change is detected. It will list the exact time each change is made and the username of the person in your district who made the change.
The left side of the Log tab can be used to add any final notes concerning the Board of Education. Click the icon on the top left of the tab to add a new note. This will open the Incident Note pop-up.
Enter your note in the text box shown. You can specify whether you are leaving this note before OR after the Incident has been submitted to the BoE using the checkbox at the top of the pop-up.
