How to Upload Letters for Pre-screening in the System
  1. Navigate to Upload Documents
    • Go to:
      Image Placeholder System Settings → Other Options → Upload Documents
  2. Click the Green Plus Sign Image Placeholder
    • This opens the "Upload Documents" form.
  3. Fill in the Upload Form:
    • Document Name: Enter a relevant name for the letter (e.g., Pre-screening).
    • Classification
      : From the dropdown, select
      Incident Pre-Screening.
    • Select Scope:
      • Choose District if the letter is for the entire district.
      • Choose School if it applies to a specific school.
  4. Upload the Document:
    • Click Choose File and select the letter/document from your computer.
  5. Save:
    • Click Save & Close to finish the upload.
