Users who have HIBster and ASAP bundled together have the ability to forward HIB incidents to the Threat Assessment module. To do this, a District Coordinator or a Threat Team Member should access the incident from the HIBster dashboard.
If the incident is a HIB with one offender, the Create Threat Assessment for Offender button will appear at the top of the offender list. Incidents with two or more offenders cannot be automatically forwarded to Threat Assessments. You will need to manually create the Threat Assessment for each individual.
Clicking the Create Threat Assessment for Offender will open a short warning message. Click Ok to create a new Threat Assessment linked to the incident you're viewing.
After you confirm your choice, you will be forwarded back to the HIBster dashboard. There will now be two copies of the incident on your account: The HIBster incident you were previously viewing, and a second copy under your Threat Assessment dashboard.
